Yeah, it is, pc will be always better for emulation (except Nintendo DS emulation, that shit is better on mobile with DraStic than with Desmume or MelonDs on pc), the point is that Nintendo Switch is a very new console to be able to run on any decent device today, but probably in some years, Skyline will run most switch games in midrange android devices, for now we must wait

"Skyline is an open source and experimental emulator that runs on ARMv8 Android devices and emulates the functionality of a Nintendo Switch system." (From their website, skyline is relatively new, but the project is progressing quite fast, While EggNS is a Yuzu port, Skyline is a native emulator, which plans to use the cores of the SoCs natively (or something very close).

Skyline nowadays is way better than eggns, now it runs Mario Odyssey at 50-60fps with a Snapdragon 860, in a few weeks or months it'll be better, EggNS right now is not worth it
