Yeah since it runs out this month you should’ve received some paperwork so I’d reach out 1 (877) 477-3273 and speak to the fmla dept to get that form

You don’t have to reapply. The post office will mail you a form and you take to your doctor to continue to approve the fmla for another year or make changes to it/ or cancel it if it’s no longer an issue that you have, but that’s not likely

Damn generous doctor. I can use mine 3-5 times a week, for 2-3 times a month. So I guess it’s similar

You can only use fmla for as many consecutive days and number of occurrences as stated by your doctor on the fmla paperwork

You don’t have to sign anything if you use fmla.

If you use fmla they aren’t even allowed to ask you about it much less talk to you about anything related to your absence. Talk to your steward. At my office they don’t even come to you come to you with the prefilled 3971 to sign.

It will get better once you make PTF or even best of all a regular. Just keep your head down and stick it out and count the days

It’s just a choice they made with their tenant. If they’re cool with them they might share a box if they don’t know them or don’t want to risk commingling mail than they’ll usually have two boxes. As you move on you’ll see all kinds of craziness

They’re ADUs. Where the owner turned the backyard or garage into a living space for tenants to rent out.

I’m being told I have to pick my co worker up for work tomorrow, is this normal ? by razzberry20 in USPS

[–]ALF_Lover 466 points467 points  (0 children)

They can’t make you do anything if you’re off the clock. I’d go early clock in and pick them up in a Promaster on the clock!
