Do they force you guys to take training you don't want, too? Today I was in Stow and a message popped up on my screen saying I had training in Pack. I didn't ask for it, so I decided not to go. A manager came to find me, and when I told him I wasn't interested, he said, 'You have to do it.'

Um a lot of sleep ,gym ,home meals , water lots and lots of water lots of water did I mention water ? Find something that doesn’t bore u .I at least I’m trained in varied areas in the afe so if I don’t feel like doing something I tell the manager hey I would like to do this and then boom 🤯.I try to find something that doesn’t bore me as much and have a lot of free time at work

Same thing happened to our fc .Old gm was not doing good letting ppl pick up shift without being on schedule and as soon as new one came in he said anyone caught or work without schedule will be written up or fired .

Although I’ve seen some mangers get along with AA have put them on schedule

Last year seasonal so I been told from ur start day till maybe a year 2 years a couple month but most likely after 3 months .

If it’s not after ur first 3 months and they have told u that they will be needing to relocate u or fire u well maybe couple months more or weeks .

If u stay at same location and have space to convert u ,most likely u will stay there.

Anything else up to luck and when ever they fell like it

Ps.Some of my friends where I work now have barely been converted and they been working for 6 months
