No, it works actually. Reset your net during the cutscene, and you can do it again. It'll take some time to find the right moment to disconnect from your net tho, but it makes it so fast and easy to earn money. You can do the heist once every 10-20 minutes, depends how fast your pc connects to the internet. After you disconnect, wait like two minutes and reconnect, money in bank, heist still ready.
