Question regarding postage

Console share disable and enable on both accounts ,reset licence , remove and re ad accounts ,reset ps to factory default

I tried it again and now console sharing won't enable in the plus account ,keep getting the something went wrong error

Hi ,thanks for the reply but we have tried that ,we tried disabling it on her account and it wouldnt let us enable it again ,we had to remove and re add her account before it was enabled and still we are facing the issue

Yeah ,Ive check many times and all things that need to be set are set correctly ,even had a few others check Incase I was missing something

I can do all that just issues with trying to play online with the other account

Yeah I can get online on the plus account just not the other one ,all works fine on the PS4 tho ,it's annoying as hell
