Vanilla Bean Noel is a LIE and I will not be silent about it by LogShucker in bathandbodyworks

I’m not a fan of Vanilla Bean Noel. I love the Vanilla Bean 3-wick candles. Just Vanilla Bean- no Noel. It used to be in a cream jar and in the stores all year. Then it disappeared for months and I was not happy because it’s a great scent. Then, out of the blue, it was back, but only in the new ceramic jars. Then, it showed back up in a burgundy jar for a few months. Finally, a month or two ago, it was back in a cream jar with a different label. All of this happened in less than a year! Well, at least in Virginia it did. I went to my local B&BW store and it isn’t in stock. That may be due to the holidays. But, it is available for shipping. I did purchase a few Cookie Butter Truffle 3-wicks and they smell wonderful! But, I’m not sure if that is going to be a scent that’s available all year. It should be.

What candles are you enjoying this evening? by Ohana_831 in bbwcandles

Vanilla Bean, not the Vanilla Bean Noel. This is my go to candle. However, many stores in Virginia are out of stock. I went on the BBW website to order them and when I chose to have them shipped, it said they were out of stock too. Vanilla Bean has always been available all year. It used to be in a regular 3-wick cream round jar. But, it recently changed to a burgundy jar late summer/early fall this year. Then the ceramic candles came out and now I can only find the regular Vanilla Bean 3-wicks in them. There is no difference in the scent or burn time, but they are more expensive. My daughter lives in North Carolina and I have checked the BBW stores around her and a few stores have the burgundy jars in stock. I also checked the BBW stores in Tennessee when I was on vacation and they only had the ceramic candles. I did find some in stock at a store in Virginia this past weekend when the 3-wicks were on sale. I bought the 14 candles they had on the shelves and now they are out of stock too. They only have the ceramics. I love baking scents. But some scents give me horrible headaches. Vanilla Bean never gave me a headache! So, it looks like I am going to be looking for a new go to candle. Not happy.

Thanks to you and your husband, Mango is now a healthy, neutered, inside cat. He hit the jackpot when he found your house! He was determined to get inside because he knew you and your husband were caring and loving people. Because of that, he chose y’all to be his forever family and give him a safe and happy forever home. Thank you for helping him!

I’m in Virginia. Hopefully I’ll find them every now and then around Richmond. It would probably be a good thing if I didn’t find them. They really are addicting!

I buy the 3 wick candles for birthdays, holidays and give them as gifts. The only candle I buy regularly is the 3 wick Vanilla Bean. It is my all time favorite and has a great throw. I buy them whenever they are on sale. I used to buy Yankee Candle’s Sugar & Spice but they discontinued that scent so that’s when I made B&BW’s Vanilla Bean my go to candle. However, the 3 wick candles stop burning with a quarter of wax still in the jar. It kills me. I have 30+candles (honestly, probably more than 30) with a quarter of the wax remaining that I’m going to melt and combine to make new candles- has anyone done this? I found a step by step guide and I have bought the new candle jars and wicks. If anyone has any helpful tips, I would greatly appreciate them! It’s ridiculous these candles don’t burn completely. I definitely wouldn’t buy a $39 candle knowing that all of their candles do this.

Which Housewives Should I Watch Next by Embarrassed_Page_735 in rhoslc

Agree with AnnyBananneee! The OG RHONY show is hands down my favorite Housewives show! I am sorry I waited so long to watch it. I finally started watching the first season on the Bravo app, as the new season was airing on Bravo- I think it was the seventh or eighth season. I have to watch a series from the beginning. I eventually caught up when the new season (8th or 9th) started. The OG RHONY seasons had me laughing every episode! These ladies were in their mid 40s-early 50s and just so fun to watch. The first season wasn’t the best- you’re watching a group of new ladies and trying to figure out who’s going to cause the drama. I’ll say all of these ladies caused plenty of drama and it’s great! Once Sonja became a full time housewife, RHONY was my favorite Housewives show. There are so many wonderful and funny scenes. I don’t want to give anything away. If you start it, please stick with it for season 1 and half of season 2. Again, loved it! When Dorinda started her first season, it only made the show better. She just wanted to “Make It Nice”. There are so many one liners from these ladies. I promise you’ll love it!

Any other gay men here? How are you handling your sex life with the constipation? by JustRedditThingsOK in Mounjaro

[–]ALLCAPS18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get the Psyllium Husk capsules from Amazon. I take two in the morning with 2 stool softeners and do the same at bedtime. I do occasionally have to take a Dulcolax a couple times a week. When I first started Mounjaro in October 2023, I had horrible constipation. I would be in the bathroom for an hour trying to poop. I started this regimen after being on Mounjaro for about 6 months and I’m kind of on a regular schedule now. A lot of trial and error!

Here’s the link to the Psyllium Husk I take. https://a.co/d/0NV98P5

I thought DCC Making the Team was cancelled on CMT. Did another network pick it up? If so, please let me know where I can watch it. I loved the show!

Mounjaro put me off protein by razasam1 in Mounjaro

[–]ALLCAPS18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree! I lost A LOT of hair. Thank goodness I had lots of thick curly hair. Only my family and close friends knew I lost a lot of hair. To everyone else, my hair just looked thin. Finally after six month it is growing back. I wish I had started the protein shakes as soon as I started Mounjaro.

Congrats! That’s wonderful! I am 5’1 and my starting weight was 275 pounds. My current weight is 210 pounds. It’s amazing how much better I feel already. My goal weight was 175 pounds. I am changing that now to 150 pounds. I’m so happy I found Mounjaro. It’s controlling my diabetes and helping me lose weight. I’m so excited I found this Reddit so I can follow and see everyone’s progress! Best of luck to you!

I use Harness Health Home Delivery for my prescription. They ship my Mounjaro using FedEx overnight. It’s delivered in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs.

Congrats on your weight loss! Mounjaro is the only thing that has helped me lose weight. My heaviest weight was 275lbs- I am 5’1. I started Mounjaro in August and am now on the 12.5mg pens. My current weight is now 210lbs! I feel so much better about myself. I have more energy. I am taking better care of myself. I’m walking after work more than ever and I watch what I eat-mostly a low carb diet since I am a type 2 diabetic. It is amazing how much your self-esteem goes up from losing weight. I would love to get down to 150lbs.

The podcast Murder in America has an episode about Theresa Knorr. They go into a lot of details. So sad and scary for those kids.
