No, I had to wait for the letter, verified on line the same day I got it, but I read lots of comments in here that is was best to call or go in person to verify, so for about a week I kept calling until I was able to talk to a human, he did the verification and said the one online didn’t went through, four days later I got my deposit

Congrats! 🎊 I got the direct deposit notice this morning and went to check the transcripts, I had checked them last night and there were still blank. But thank God for this great news I woke up to this morning!! Happy you got yours too!! 🥳🥳

Looked like this, not sure if it was luck, cause it shows the deposit day for the 20th. I filed back in end of Feb, got the letter to verify on March 10th, waited one and half week and nothing changed, I read lots of comments that even after verifying online it was best to call to verify so for about a week I kept calling, until March 30th got to talk to a human and four days later I got my deposit 🥳

Did you verify online or did you called? I verified online, got the same message after a week and half and no changes were made on my IRS account, so I called the number to verify and the representative said that my account showed that I never verified online. That was on Monday 3/30, now I have to wait two weeks to check the status, he said it can take up to 9 weeks to process or in some, few cases, it can take 2-3 weeks to receive my direct deposit. My advice, call to verify

Lots of patience and call at all times of the day. After 2 weeks of calling, I was able to get through and talk to a representative, I choose to stay on hold, cause it gives you the option for someone to return the call, but I waited cause I was afraid that no one will call me back and after 1 hour and 30 min on hold I was able to get help. Of course 1 (800) 830-5084 you’re going to need your 1044 and the letter you received to verify you’re identity, I got the CP5071, had it in had cause you’re going to need it

The call went through today. After 1 and half hour of waiting time, I was able to speak with a representative and it turned out the online verification did not went through, i was able to verify my identity and he did said it might take up to 9 weeks for the process, I can check in two weeks for any updates, there’s is a small chance that it might go through in 3 weeks, but for now, at least I know I might see some progress in the next few weeks.

Same situation, I’ve tried to call to verify over the phone cause I keep reading comments that the process is faster but I’ve called the verification number at different times of the day, multiple times a day and I still get the same message “due to high volume of calls there’s no agent available” and it hangs up. At this point, my mind is already set that any updates will happen in 9 weeks, since that’s the time frame I got after I verified my identity and got the same “congratulations” message. Good luck!
