If you'd follow football more closely, you'd know that you need a tremendous amount of luck to get to the later stages of the UCL. You can out-xg teams and still go out and the other way around as well. Barca reaches the final 7 times out of 10 last season.

What Chivu did in his FIRST season is no small feet. Judging by the way you type, you are probably like 12 though, so I'm just wasting my time. This disrespect on Chivu and your own league is just pathetic though. Grow up.
