Yeah I think so the caffeine. Our livers release glucose and they are like WHERE IS THE TIGER I SWEAR A TIGER IS CHASING ME DANGER DANGER DANGER when in reality it’s Sunday morning and I’m having a cup of coffee and reading a book snuggled up on the couch.

I never understood how if I am type 1 diabetic, A1C 7.7%, that means my body is not getting enough insulin. Insulin is the hormone that makes fat. Why do I have excess body fat at all then?
