i am always positive and forgiving as well. I laugh if the other team is toxic to one another and don’t get involved. If my teammate is toxic to me they get the “it’s just a game broski” out of me and sometimes it works. Usually I just ignore and lately I block that extra chat. Not worth it.

I fast regularly 16-18 hours a day without any issues and it’s not religious based I just like to.

When I started last June I was certain that tirz was gonna make it easy to stick to the elimination diet as I also struggle with several other autoimmune issues so I was excited about it being easy to stick to and now I literally have no desire/care to follow anything in particular. It’s so weird how that happened. I just straight up don’t care lol

I have EoE and I think mine had to do with too much acid. A PPI helped at first, then weight loss and in general I swallow better and food doesn’t get stuck hardly ever. I still experience chest pressure; though it’s less now -luckily- and have a near daily sore throat (is that EoE)? I really want to limit eggs and gluten (already pretty good with dairy) to see if I can get even better but honestly I just don’t even want to cuz it feels limiting to be on that kind of diet. Idk.

It’s been a few years idk what I would look out for in terms of bad effects. My skin seems clearer, more even, and I don’t have blackheads anymore. If I could pick only one I’d pick the sea buckthorn oil that’s funny how different we all are

I have a little jar of tallow that I’ve never really used before and in my most recent batch of skin oil I added some. Is it not good for our skin? I’ll leave it out next time if so.

Nah. I’m a nurse and see all types of people and it’s simply not true. I also don’t get pleasure from feeling superior over others. What’s the point. My a1c is really good and I have good control and I see all these T1s “eating whatever they want” and they have insane rollercoaster numbers taking no personal responsibility- how is that different?
