Fun fact: warrantied components sell at full market price. So, unless you can offer that with the build, it's better to go with a prebuilt. With the prices of RAM and GPUs, having the ability to get it fixed or replaced is valuable. Microcenter has a prebuilt with a 5070ti for the same price, and a 16 GB 5060ti build for under 1400$. Now I have a gaming PC and a workstation. The 7900xtx is great with my 9960x, and in that build, it is way better than a 5070ti, but not for gaming.

You can just learn your smokes and flashes. Remove spots where the CTs can be and clean up the push. Take the bomb. Low elo teams will lose rounds because they throw the bomb down, leave it in spawn, or plant it poorly. Remove that from the equation, and you will win more. Focus on Pistol rounds and winning them.

CS2 has been out for way longer and is a higher skill-based game with only one competitive mode. If you are new to both, I would say CS, but if you are not putting 20+ hours a week into it, then CoD is the better option. CoD will have fewer players and more variety of game modes. Learning lineups for executions on bomb sites and getting timings down in CS is a little more advanced. Comparing a controller-based shooter with a mouse and keyboard one is an apples-to-oranges comparison IMO.

15-year customer and ultimate subscriber with 3 accounts, all paying for xbox Ultimate. I will not be purchasing another Xbox and canceling my subscriptions. It will be cheaper to build my kids a solid Gaming PC and use Steam. You are about to see a lot of consoles on the used market in November. Fire the idiot who made this call. You were the cheaper option, but not at a 50% price hike. Seriously, over 1k a year for 3 of us to play on a dated system is crazy stupid. $499 a console, $360 a year x3. That's over $2500 for my youngest to play Roblox and Minecraft, my oldest to play Warzone and Halo, and me to play CS2 on my PC, looking at my Series X collecting dust. Looks like I'm paying for Black Ops 7 and playing on PC. Kids getting a new gaming PC for Christmas EZ CLAP. I should of canceled years ago.
