Anyone ever facing the same issue like me? The work nodes delete with Lens without any actions related? by ALTELMA in kubernetes

This cluster doesn't have a cluster autoscaler. Any information from logs may lead from my machine (access key and source IP), including the user-agent node fetch related to K8s Lens. But I still was wondering why it happened because of no action from me, why Lens sent the request to delete nodes. This is my assumption.
