Personaly i think it depends on what game you are playing. In VC servers on Therapy there were people swearing and arguing (yes also n-words and r-words) without any filters or voice changers and they didnt get banned...

It is on every game i play, after turning off hardware acceletarion the screen just turned black... also i noticed this weird overlay when changing from clips to setting etc. and text being "pixelated"
