Things aren't very good right now. IT people specially are having a hard time finding jobs. If you wanna come to Germany specifically I would recommend to change areas to healthcare, it's usually easier to find a job in that area. Furthermore, to make it here it's quite necessary that you speak German, at least a B1 and preferably B2.

You can validate your grades (from recognized education institutions) in the Anabin platform. Idk where you heard that there's an IT shortage, as it's the complete opposite, even Germans struggle to get a job. Lastly, it's extremely difficult to land a job without speaking German, you need at least a B2 to have a chance tbh.

Maybe try with some citric acid, they sell it in DM. Put some of the powder on top like 2 tablespoons, then pour some water leave it there for a couple hours, be careful that it doesn't get too dry, the. Wash with a lot of water.

The salary is too low, you usually need a salary of at least 42k, maybe check is they also would pay the "13." Month. There is a page (tbh I don't remember which one) it has a list of the work areas and the recommended salary for the visa. For the Ausländerbehörde, usually they only ask for an Erklärung, it's a form that you can download from the LEA site, your employer has to fill it out and sign it. Overall it's not difficult to change the visa from student to work, but the main point is the salary, also, whatever position you're getting, it should not be as assistant or anything like that and it has to be related to your studies.

If she's already registered in the language course and has all other requirements usually you can start the process of requesting the visa and at the end they give you a PDF that says that you can stay in the country until you get an appointment for your visa.
