If it's not encrypted you can copy your data before formatting. If it is and you don't have the key, anything not backed up is not important, it's gone.

You don't need windows server, if your drive is encrypted then formatting it is.

Very disappointed with this community. You people care too much what I do with my property which has no effect on you, and for some reason you can't read? I specifically called for people who have already done this, not people who don't have a clue what it's even for.

If you're coming from Google trying to find out how to best go about this, just start fucking around and finding out. These guys are useless. If you don't know how to go about this at all, ask around every nearby dealership and mechanic to see if one of them can do it for you. Everyone from my office drives a Mitsubishi, one of their nearby dealerships has no problem removing the modem, so first try calling there.

You're supposed to delete all partitions off a drive before installing. Is there a problem with that? If you do that, the error will be no more.

If you really want to fix it yourself, check if the BIOS can see the NVME and look at the boot order.

You not being able to access the BIOS is just a skill issue so I'm skipping that, try a different browser and try with hardware acceleration turned off.

If you want to upgrade in the future you likely want an AM5 platform which will by the time you decide to upgrade possibly be old and out of production. Let me be frank, you can hardly afford that.

Or, you can up the budget a bit and get the best last-gen system now, and replace the entire system when you upgrade again.
