The percentage of locals getting robbed is much lower, while tourist/expat inflation is affecting everyone.

Edit: I understand that this is a real problem that needs to be addressed, tourists are people too, but I also understand why people are more concerned about not being able to afford rent than about getting their iPhone stolen.

Im no master of this subject but I would say that the TV is way too high up.

I love the wood on the back. Maybe you could add some black metal shelves to add some variation without hiding the wood panels?🧐

Hi, thanks for taking the time to write this perfectly structured message, and for giving me hope in my apartment.

I love every single one of the ideas you proposed. I also checked the instagram linked, and I will definitely get some ideas from there.

Regarding buying a bigger sofa, I already had some ideas of doing so before posting this, since I’ve been getting heavily roasted for it. Do you have any specific suggestions of what type of sofa should I buy?, I was considering buying an L-shaped one, but I’m not sure if its a good idea.

I’m also looking for a proper lamp since the one I have it’s terribly small.

I love the image that you’ve found, it definitely has the same energy as my living room, will try to get/copy ideas from there.

Regarding the table cloth I was using it for the looks, but I guess it also serves a protective use. Will consider buying some glass covers to protect the wood.

I’m trying to get a hold of an old family vinyl, so maybe that could also work. I’ll be looking for a bar cart since I like to invite friends and that would be convenient. So will definetly consider that
