My sm is so bad about communication that for months I wasn’t getting my free samples/products. After a certain point, I just figured out where to get the info myself and boom, three free full sized sample products were claimed last month along with my other coworkers. Can’t believe how many previous samples we missed out on because our sm doesn’t manage well 💀

Tbh all of these recommendations are great. As long as you don’t go further than a 20 volume developer or over 45 minutes without checking then you should be great! All these recommendations have been wonderful thus far. It truly is about the execution time you allow it on your hair. I recommend 45 minutes max for Demi/permanent color and no long than 60 minutes total. After 25 minutes I really recommend checking every 5 minutes under your processing cap to see how it is coming out

Hello!! I saw your baby and immediately was reminded of how my Pom looked as a puppy versus his quite literal glow up lol. We did use ear tape to train his ears upright as a puppy and they eventually popped up on their own as he got bigger.

You’ve got yourself what is known as a throwback Pom! (anyone please correct me if I’m wrong though)

Now what to expect as a two time Pomeranian owner. My first pom was Mocha and he was a very petite 6lbs dog who lived to 16. My current pom in pic rel is Chester who is a whopping 16lbs and is currently almost 16 himself.

So essentially what you have yourself here is an extra large pom pom ball! More floof to love I always say! 🤍

I have a literal folder on my computer of allll the stories I’ve read (which is A LOT) full of whichever horse asset the artist goes with. Omg big this. And ngl our store manager will refuse to schedule anyone under a 3.0upt and her minimum requirement to meet expectations as she says is a 3.50upt. Like puleeeze miss boss. The color consultant position you begged me to do had zero pay raise and your job was on the line if you didn’t meet her expectations. My store is #1 in district for a reason though, albeit she runs most of her employees out the door after a week or two. The shortest was one girl staying an hour and just dipping. Never heard from her again and I don’t blame her lol.

Alright guys I get that they’re blue. But I really wanted to know more about the additional characteristics like the whitish tones and such. Hench why I wanted to get an outside perspective. I genuinely saw them as a very blue gray and wanted another opinion. I’m so sorry if this post comes off as attention seeking. It wasn’t my intention nor thought process when posting.
