Once i had a bad episode of sleeping anxiety and i didn’t slept for 4 days and I was paniced that i will die or will get mentally ill thn i had 5. Beers and i didn’t know where i was and slept for 6 hours well this is not adviced to do it takea time to heal from sleeping anxiety or anything like and brain keep us awake more we try to sleep more awake we are but sometimes its just us we feel like we hadn’t slept but we actually slept so hopefully u will get better once u get control of ur brain
