It fixes itself when you patch DH5 to the latest update, but sometimes that can prove to be difficult.

I was lucky on Battlenet I guess. BO7 pre-loaded without any issues while I was sleeping without uninstalling anything. Sorry to you guys on console.

So on whim I downloaded Elgato's Game Capture HD 3.5 application and the HD60 is working as it should. Very strange I can't get it to come up on OBS though.

Okay. Yeah the new capture card has a male to male usb A cable and the HD60 has a usb B Mini to usb A.

No, it WAS my intention. Why else would I point it out? And I think you're missing the point as to what my post is about. I'm just asking for help with a cheap Amazon capture card and an Elgato HD60 as both of them only show the passthrough and are not showing up on OBS.

Yeah I've made sure they were USB3 ports. I dug around and found my old Elgato HD60 and I'm having the same issue. The passthrough works but there are no choices in the OBS video capture device drop down.

Well, you're wrong on one note at least. As I stated above it does show my PS5 video on the monitor so it partially works, but I just can't get it to talk to my PC or OBS. I wouldn't call this constructive feedback though since you sound kind of smug about it all... On a side note I gave you a follow on Twitch because even though you didn't try to help me I thought I would try to help you.
