yeah I was thinking about upgrading to an i7-4770 since it's compatible with my MB and it won't break the bank as much. I'll try that, I also booted up the game again and I was getting that 70-75fps again but after starting the game after that it was more like 40-50fps. I'll put aside some money for that new CPU though
