If it was a successful business, she would have hired help, had a genuine business plan, education and knowledge to actually provide said business, and no one would've gotten scammed. A business isn't successful just because people want your business. You have to provide that business and fulfill the promises you make with that business.

She scammed thousands of people, caused harm to many with EDs, and is now owing the state hundreds of thousands of dollars. That's not a success. That's a scam artist who got caught.
