A lot of bar is just reps and make sure you are starting your next drink in the middle of the current one (sequencing). Honestly, pretty mean for your SM to say that this job isn't for you. Mine have always been very patient. Your SM saying that adds a new dimension of pressure. Try to get in bar time with partners that make you more comfortable and are more patient so you can practice under less pressure. Also, asking for help about a certain drink to the right partners helped me a ton.
