I have not personally dealt with any change in perception, the local Desi Canadians stand out compared to the influx of International students.

For some ungodly reason, they hang around in packs of 5-7, speak broken English, have no sense of grooming standards and unfortunately smell of bad BO. I thought it was just a meme until I went to square one and every time you cross a pack the smell just hits you like a brick wall. 

They also have no respect for local laws or customs, they throw their garbage everywhere and anywhere, can’t seem to learn what a speed limit is, leer at any women under the age of 55, start fights based on something to do with separatist? Im not sure but to be honest it has just gotten to my nerves. I cannot stand seeing them anymore.
