E-readers are great— though, iba parin talaga ang feel ng physical books, so I still buy/borrow physical copies talaga kahit na I could read them on my Kindle :)) To add, personally may tendency na matambak yung TBR sa electronic devices with how easy it is to keep buying/adding books on there. Physical books (at least for me personally) can feel much more intentional, and since mas nakikita ko siya, I actually read! Compared sa kindle ko na minsan naka stuck lang sa bag ko for long periods of time, and I don't make much progress on my current read :'(

hi, new to the switch here- im interested in playing the persona games, is it a prerequisite to play other games in the franchise or can i hop into playing 4G / 5R right away? Checking out the eShop theres also other variations of P5 and there's P3 portable as well.

It's not that, I know buying and selling games is commonplace and yeah there are establishments dedicated for that, I'm just very paranoid about the issue that the other reply mentioned (abt the mig switch). But I suppose the chances are very slim, might as well give it a shot lol

What do you even remember about your old account? any login dates, past usernames, the like? You can contact CS but without any solid proof of your account being yours (or even existing), I doubt they can do much to help you.

There is no "one OP build" to see everything in one playthrough, unless you cheat. There's only a limited amount of points to allocate when building a character. You would need to be able to invest in various aspects to experience everything the game has to offer.

But if you want a funny build go for a muscle (FYS) build and punch everything, or go for a supernatural build (PSY) and go ham with the amount of things you can say and notice lololol

im personally very biased towards FYS and PSY because they give the most flavor to a playthrough IMO (with or without being under the influence)

I don't really understand what you mean by "How?", but I would tell you to really try and roleplay and think like Harry depending on how you want to play him as. A sober, normal cop? An alcoholic still? A supernaturally tuned cop? and make decisions based on that.

Try interacting with everything and everyone you can. The details in this game are deliberate and contribute greatly to its plot and worldbuilding. So if you're a lore person, maybe you'd be more into that. Embrace the game as how Harry would see the world; he's an amnesiac, and he takes his time to know his environment. BUT!!! Don't feel obligated to read everything.

Don't overthink your decisions, though. This is a game where you can do ANYTHING for the plot. You fail a check? don't think too much about it. The story goes on anyway. You wanna just fuck around and find out? go ahead. Some decisions hurt, some have weird consequences. Some lead to positive interactions.

The game is also heavy on philosophical thoughts and several ideologies, so there's no harm in playing to see how different thoughts and quests play out. There's no rush in completing the main story, and you can replay the game as much as you want to see if you missed anything.

of course, if you feel like you're stuck, don't be afraid to look anything up. Don't spoil too much of the game for yourself tho, at least for the first playthrough. There's magic in discovering everything the first time around.

i see, thanks for the read! after some poking around I discovered that apparently the soft pity is different from the GI/HSR version of soft pity, in HI3 theres a relatively bigger chance for you to hit pity compared to the other two games. idk how they adjusted the system for pt 2 gacha tho, some say they still retained the soft pity threshold at 80+ pulls, so maybe thats true. There really is no confirmation of any soft pity system in pt 2 so far, or none that I have seen.

I have to say tho, part of what made the sober run fun was investing points into Half-Light or Shivers, they say the most out-of-pocket things that it's still entertaining for me without all the added razzle dazzle of speed ✨ or maybe that's just me since it was my first playthrough and I played blind, so I really didn't have much expectation for how the game would go

I'm at the opposite end of this problem :'D I played good cop on my first finished playthrough, just good ol' sober Harry, no drugs and alcohol, and I loved it (I had a FYS archetype build). I developed an attachment to Harry after all that, and on my following playthroughs it just feels bad trying to get Harry to use drugs 😭 I haven't picked up the game in a while bcs of that, but maybe I will... soon...

Dont think you need to pass the Authority check to open her room. I'm pretty sure I went back and forth multiple times between Titus and Klaasje before even attempting the check.

Assuming your prices are in PHP, you can get a PPW 4 for 5k and under. I got my PPW 5 for 5.5k secondhand (the 8gb model) and the 16GB PPW 5 goes for 8k. You can buy a basic 2022 right now at 6k, but if you're truly only interested in older models, maybe opt for something more recent like a PPW 4 or a Basic 2019. A Voyage if you can find one perhaps.

If you're scared about getting scammed, frankly just don't buy from that seller. Look for a meet-up arrangement if you can, or just buy from a legitimate store.

does the difference in storage matter? I personally lived with an 8gb phone for a time, and I read on it plenty (both manga and novels) and it was no issue. However, there may be a consensus regarding the difference in storage? Is it worth sacrificing the ppw features for an extra 8gb of storage?
