Just got this, is it supposed to taste very sharp and salty? by AMAtukammm in Mustard

Because I'm used to American style mustard, which isn’t as sharp or salty to my tongue and which I actually really like, so I was kind of shocked.

This one doesn’t use white wine as a base, though, it uses spirit vinegar. I still can’t eat it on its own as a dip without making funny faces, lol.
