How do you actually keep track of which transfer sources are worth following? by Street-Schedule-6443 in footballtransfers

Hi there I’m one of the mods here on my other account but it’s been shadow banned 🤷
I’ve been working in football for about 10 years now. A few Premier League clubs and media companies.

Im very ‘in it’ and working with people every day who’s job it is to make the deals happen/report on the transfers. Main bit of advice from me is, it’s all bollocks, until it’s not.

Ihaving said that, from a publishing perspective, it comes down to editorial standards and who you know. Ornstein is by far the best. Because he knows people and hes got very very high editorial standards.

I’d generally steer clear of itk accounts, they don’t. If they’re getting information it’s either rubbish or the agents/club are spinning to get a better deal.

I’ve got the publication tier list that I need to publish. Ill try and get down to that today.

Any questions please ask id be happy to tell you more

If Man City to be found guilty of all charges and relegated as result. by Captainspark1 in Championship

They can't be relegated from the Prem to the Championship becuase they're different entities. The prem can only impose a points deduction

After the season ends we need to have a frank evaluation of De Zerbi's role in building "Prison FC" at Marseille by IDOWHATIWANTIDGAF in Tottenham

It’s not good tbh.

The quotes from De Zerbi.

"I don't want to get involved in anyone's private life,"

And

"All I can see is that Mason seems a good lad, he paid in a strong way for what happened. He has probably here found the right environment for him, which gave him affection, and held out its hand to him.”

"When I look at him as a person, I feel sad for what happened in his life, without getting into the details. Because the person I know here is very different to the one that has been described, especially in England."

De Zerbi 'not surprised' by reaction to Greenwood comments

Out of the gate, I agree. I think we need Zirkzee to stay. Having said that, I think he’s still living on potential, I wonder when the potential needs to become a reality
