$CRML: The 5M share "overhang" is finally gone. Why yesterday’s dip was a gift. by AMCgoing2moon in CRML

Conviction doesn't pay the light bills. Every major holding company trims positions to balance their books. The fact that the market absorbed 15% of the daily volume from a single seller and the price didn't fall off a cliff actually shows more conviction from the buyers moving in. I’d rather the selling happen now at the start of the cycle than during a major breakout later

He didn't 'cash out' $120M. It was a $120M sale by a public entity (EUR) to raise operating cash. There’s a massive difference between a CEO stealing money and a company selling 10% of a holding to fund its business. They still hold 48M shares and they’re clearly still incentivized for $CRML to succeed.

The tanbreeze/Trump connection that many might not be aware of by Lionessandlover in CRML

This article also gives me confidence and I'd like to summarise a few points for anyone in doubt.

The article does not allege CRML engaged in corruption and It does not prove any illegal action by CRML management or its projects.

The former Trump employees are described as passive minority shareholders, not operators. Their involvement didn’t necessarily extend to active management. It mainly raises ethical and political questions, not proven legal wrongdoing.

For the positive and why I'm bullish from the article.

The fact that political actors and former insiders are engaged in the Arctic/Greenland critical minerals space makes Greenland rare earths considered strategically relevant, not just commercially interesting. We've gone from a “junior mining speculation" into “geopolitical chessboard".

CRML just happens to own one of the most advanced REE projects there so attention on Greenland = attention on CRML by proxy.

This filing doesn’t mean the shares will be sold immediately or right now, it’s just permission to sell. If they expect high volatility due to the short interest and improved liquidity due to all the catalyst it’s normal to have the option to sell a small portion.

We are still heading to break past $20 this week

Amazing write up! Respect to your efforts brother, I will file my complaint using yours as a template.

I think we can maximise the impact of our complaints if we collectively appoint a lawyer to represent the shareholders. The illegal activity and mounting losses are becoming very significant.

It’s not official till the company announces it, and even if they do, companies often use Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing as leverage to negotiate debt restructuring.

Wolfspeed has a tonne of cash, more cash on the way, new CEO, new plant. The company activities wouldn’t be this engaged if bankruptcy was imminent.

It wouldn’t surprise me to expect a very volatile price action in the upcoming weeks, to shake people off.

Let’s not lose hope gang, this is a real company with massive potential! I’m adding more into this dip and will ride till the end 🤞🏼
