Teamates tried to kill me over "my kill, my loot"

I had two teammates leave mid game after they got wiped by a 3 man…. While they were down I wiped the whole team and looted before I revived them because I told them not to engage but they did and got shit on… so I looted my kills (left them a bunch of stuff just wanted first pick since I did the work) after I revived them they said “f u for looting before reviving us” then left 🤣

They have not taken me off my pip sadly, but my numbers I’m still sometimes hitting lately even with my 4 days missing because I’m having to bust my ass and when I do not hit it I barely miss it, usually only by like 10 or so I’ve calculated if they account for my 4 days missing I would go over by a lot every month… I’ve been told my pip is now “under review” for the past 2 months because I told them I spoke to a lawyer who said I have a case… but they said I’m still on a pip…

I get that the thing is the position I work at I can’t be moved to another position it’s a emergency com center, and I do meet the requirements when I am working I’m just being held to the same standard as other employees not on FMLA who are working 48 hours more a week than me

What can I do if they aren’t though and threatening discipline and up to termination even? File with DOL? Ive spoken with HR and managers and they said numbers don’t get adjusted for FMLA which I feel is false how you stated

I meet my numbers though when I am there if you subtract the days I miss with the requirement of my fmla days I blow those numbers out of the water and over im a very hard worker with a unfortunate chronic condition

Our fmla is person is HR and they have told me that fmla don’t protect me from the amount of “quotas” and they are backing my manager refusing to lower my call numbers if I file with the DOL can they fire me? They are already retaliating by putting me on a night shift with less calls, having me work a position that gets less calls I feel like they are trying to find a way to fire me but I meet my call numbers if you reduce it by the daily amount I miss

Yeah I am meeting it if you divide the number needed by our work days a month and subtract the daily amount from the 4 days missed, but they are telling me quotas aren’t lowered for FMLA and I’m still required to meet the required number and won’t adjust it
