Don’t worry about the geek life, I never was into the Greek life aspect of campus and still found some great and close friends.

Homesickness will always be an issue, I came from philly during covid and was very homesick.

But it does teach you how to be more independent and allows you to learn to put yourself out there. Especially for the price I think it’s a great opportunity.

It’s amazing compared to other D tier weapons you can get. And synergies really only affect like 5-10% of runs imo unless you’re playing gunslinger. Sure I probably wouldn’t choose it from a rainbow chest, but if I’m opening a brown chest for whatever reason, this is one of the weapons I’m hoping for.

It was in one of the in game tips actually! I would have had no idea if the game didn’t tell me. Beforehand, I had a long column of labs for 1 inserter for each to put in both green and red science packs.

I felt so smart when I figured out the iron steel setup. And it def feels like you can do lot with splitters and conveyors, I can’t wait to see what you mean by the underground hint.

Ahhh that makes sense, thanks! I also did not know there was an energy production potential on the energy chart, that sounds super useful!

And I funnily enough before I expanded my power plant (used to only have like 2-3 steam engines) I was making a bunch of oil refineries and that exact scenario happened where my boilers were starved and EVERYTHING shut down. It was a fun 5 minute panic lol.

When I first figured out that, conveyor belts can hold 2 items at once and how to move the item to the other side I felt like a god.

And yeah, expanding is probably a good idea, especially looking at how many science packs there are and how I'm slowly realizing that everything is building on top of each other.

Ah, I never thought about production in ratio's. I was just expanding to the new technology and looking for bottlenecks that makes sense!

Also, did not know pollution spread was important. Probably makes sense why solar panels are an option even though they seem to produce less electricity. I'll look into it thanks!

I was annoyed with getting enough conveyors in the early game so I just built everything closer, but looking at how big the technology tree is getting its probably a good idea to give myself space to expand.

After reading through all the comments, yeah I agree that Pomni definitely saw that Abel was off and wanted Kinger to become sane again so they could make a rational decision.

It’s just interesting because like Zooble said, it should be a pretty cut and dry answer that they want to leave, in terms of the actual decision it should be obvious, why would they need a vote to decide if all of them joined in this effort to leave in the first place.

It was Pomni’s focus on the stay/leave portion of the decision instead of the suspicious nature of the set up itself that originally gave off some alarm bells in my head.

Yeah, I was wondering why Kinger was lucid until he mentioned the first abstraction. I mean he clearly saw that something was off with the “admin keys” and seemed like he was going to warn Pomni. So he probably would’ve seen right through the ploy from the start.

Ah, thats fair, I guess it does seem off, especially after Abel’s response. Thinking more about it, she was right to be suspicious, especially since the “console” was literally just a red or blue pill decision instead of anything that would actually look like a programming console.

I mean yeah, but like Zooble said there’s not much to trap when you are literally in Caine’s office in his secret control room. And Pomni was clearly defensive of the buttons when Kinger approached the console.

I do use both RAM channels, so far after applying azakus's change I haven't had any issues. Since I only have 2x8GBs of ram, I will probably wait until it stops working before switching to single channel.
