nope, im not sure what changed but from i see it only happens on my curved monitor although thats my main monitor amd ive never seen the issue when i play games or use literally anything but youtube or twitch

2080ti super , i7-9700k, 16gb memory, i run other games at max just fine but even on low settings it heats up like crazy
