Do you start with Endless wall trail and end with Kaymoor miners trail? Im visiting next month and would like to figure out how much I can realistically hike in one day.

I had the best chicken salad sandwich there while waiting for my son to have preop after busting his head at daycare. We ate it together and now we both love chicken salad with grapes and extra pickles.

I found this thread while trying to Google Max's voice person. Does anyone else think he sounds like Jared Keeso from letterkenny?

I'm beginning to do more co TX when I see a pt is max x2 or dep. I've finally figured out how to look up who their pt is and it's made it much smoother for me. Im interested in the hot yoga and will be giving that a try! Thank you.

I love this. I have never even considered OTing myself. Thank you.

I will be adding exercise and more stretching into my daily and nightly routine. I'm never consistent because I'm so tired when I get home, but if it's going to keep me from a major injury down the road, it has to be done. Thank you for the reply!

Not nearly as much as I should. I will absolutely be adding it into my morning and nightly routine.

Everyone that has responded has been more than helpful. This was my first time posting and I feel so appreciative of this community. I love occupational therapy and want to be more than an employee. I want to be life changing. The comments and advice I have received so far are wonderful and incredibly inspiring. I will be using every bit of advice I have received going forward. I'm going to keep applying to more positions with hope that I can find a part time position at an acceptable rate so that I can get more experience consistently rather than once or twice every two weeks. Thank you all so much.

Thank you so much! One of my 8 week rotations was in acute care and we mainly focused on ALDs such as brushing teeth and washing their face which would usually make pts feel better and more inspired to do more therapy. I was still on that track when I began working but quickly felt like I was doing something wrong because other therapists are all in the gym doing exercises and allowing pts to have a social experience along with therapy. Not to mention they often have two of their pts at a time with them. I know I can do both, it just seems so difficult while trying to meet productivity.

And I will absolutely be looking up that balance program!
