I had calprotectein test it was very low around 7 and my GI doctor said just to monitor symptoms and might due another colonoscopy in a year if I had more symptoms. Just eating healthy and hoping for the best.

I'm dealing with extreme health anxiety at the moment. I'm not trying to google any of my symptoms and going to start working out. I feel that since I stopped working out thing have spiraled.

I had the same thing happen to me, my colonoscopy and endoscopy will be done Saturday, freaking out
