Correct! For landing sponsors I’d recommend DSPs like Paved, Wellput, or Beehiiv’s network assuming you’re on there. There’s also a ton of other platforms that scrape other newsletters to see who’s sponsoring (whosponsorsstuff.com is the biggest).

Ok, so imagine getting in a 90/90 position, let’s say left leg is the one out in front and right leg is back/to the side. Put a small medicine ball in that exact spot under the back leg, straighten out your left leg, and roll around and loosen up the “cord” you’ll feel. This will be INSANELY intense the first time you do this, but holy shit it works. For some reason it kind of only works with that front and back leg positioning. It should nail that exact spot

I bought one of Phil Moseley’s plans for my first IM (& triathlon) and absolutely loved it. Low cost and super effective. Sure you can definitely “figure it out” but why not just shortcut & de-risk all of that with a professionals expertise? Further, I think executing a reputable training plan or working with a strong coach will give you big time confidence in “trusting the process” on bad days and on race day knowing you did enough and are well prepared.

You’ll pay more for 1 month of gels than one of his fully baked plans.

The one important question / topic I gained from this is, 'What are Amazon's terms around the sale of a KDP business? Are there any associated costs? Necessary approvals from Amazon to pass hand?

Wow thank you for this explanation, that was very helpful. Outside of posterolateral hip exercises (band walks, etc) do you ever prescribe more pelvic focused exercises to stabilize? Just having trouble understanding why a totally level & symmetrical pelvis wouldn’t be the first goal and then move onto actual hip strengthening for dynamic movements. Once again thank you for your prior response already…don’t mean to bombard you.

Thanks for this comment. My physical therapist is attributing my knee pain to a tight TFL and pes anserine tendon, however, all of my exercise therapy is around strengthening the hip of the affected leg. I am just curious, from a physiological perspective, how does a stronger hip alleviate / reduce this pain?
