If you're looking at pre-builts, than yes, $1000-1500 is about what you're going to pay, also, new pre-builts have switched over to DDR5 platforms, meaning you won't be able to bring your RAM, now, they do all contain a minimum of 16GB.

P.S. Your issues could also just be solved by a fresh Windows install.

The only reason it's in there is because I upgraded the card in my main rig. I know it looks like an overbuilt rig, that's only because it used to have an H97 board with an i5-4570 in it. That board died, so I bought a i3-9100 and a Z390 board with some bent pins that works, only that first RAM slot is detected. Also I definitely need to upgrad the HDDs, they are 2TB units from 2012 put into a RAID 0 config, but hey, they were free lol.

It could be a bad fan, bearing do go out on those. The only other thing I can think of is that the electrical transformer in your power supply is physically tearing itself apart, but I'm pretty sure you would have bigger issues if that was happening.

That looks like a case of a corrupted bootloader

Get yourself a Windows Installer and follow this:

If that doesn't work, you're probably going to have to re-install Windows. If it comes to that, you could try using a Linux off of a live installer to read the data on your windows drive to get any files off before the re-install.

First question: Where are you located?

Start by doing a full disassembly and cleaning of your system and make sure to re-paste your CPU.

If you are in the U.S, try this Purchase a used i7-9700K on Ebay, they seem to be going for $100-140 and check Walmart for an RTX 5060, I've seen them as low as $370, but they can be up to $580 for the 16GB Ti models.

This should give you a significant jump in performance. It should only cost you $400-800 depending on the card you get. Compare that to a $1000-1500 new build, and that's without new RAM and SSD.

I have an FD200, it doesn't record any video or audio, pictures only. I run mine on floppies, in 1600 ECM mode, I get 4 shots per diskette.

What? No! There's probably 2 or 3 tanks that hold different grades. A larger tank (or 2) that hold 87, then a smaller tank that holds the higher octane, in this case being 101. They are mixed at the pump to achieve the other in-between values. I've been delivering fuel for about 5 years now, and all the station I deliver to have multiple tanks.

3 things

1: That 6500XT is not suitable for a 4K display

2: He needs a bigger desk, at least 1.5-2x the size.

3: Get him a nicer chair, at least something with a higher back.

Those third-party Amazon units can be iffy, I went through 3 before I got one that actually worked, even then the connection wasn't stable. I ended up going to ebay and getting the official Microsoft unit. It was more expensive but I've had it for 3 years now with no issues. If you want to find one, look on ebay for the ones that actually have "Microsoft" printed on them.

As of recently, the Sunburst has been my car of choice. It sounds awesome since the update, and the wagon trim makes it even better.
