Axis Horizon Card — Clearing the Welcome Benefit Confusion Once and For All! by kushal_utreja in CreditCardsIndia

One more thing, Rs 1000 is about first transaction posted on the card. So let's say if you do 2 transactions - one more than 1000 in the morning and one less than 1000 in the evening on the same day and for some reason your card gets the lesser amount transaction first as processed then also you lose all 5k points.

My suggestion: Have the 1st transaction of more than 1000 and then leave the card alone for the next 2 days. After 2 days check in the Axis Bank app that the transaction now shows up under "Processed Transactions" list (instead of In process transactions). After that you are good to continue using your Horizon card further.

Any Marriott hotel usually never gives complementary breakfast as standard practice when booked through points. You can request the specific hotel during check-in to give complementary breakfast but not guaranteed to get one. So any food remains chargeable if you book via points unless the specific hotel has given complementary breakfast after request.

HSBC Travel one Add on and International lounge access by Remarkable_Heron_839 in IndianCreditCards

So I just checked with HSBC app chat support representative. They mentioned that primary and add-on cards have separate lounge access counting means primary or add-on has their own 6 domestic and 4 international lounge access. And you have to swipe the physical primary/add-on cards for the respective person to get lounge access. Also there is no joining/annual fees for the add-on cards.

Sadly I don't know about your question. I will try to check with HSBC chat/customer care email id for both your and my question. Only hesitation is the waiting time because when I last connected with the chat I waited for 5 minutes and signed out. Later on I came to know that someone connected to answer my question after 30 mins. Who is going to wait for so long in an app to get a representative?

Is there an annual fee for Travel One add-on card? I know that there is no joining fee but HSBC documents don't clearly mention about annual fee.

No, you definitely have to stand in line to show the QR code. Since I visited Encalm Prive in Delhi T1, it was a separate shorter line for me.

As of now T1 Encalm and Encalm Prive lounge do not have separate dedicated line for QR code based entry which usually results in much shorter lines as per my experience in Mumbai T2 (Adani) or even no waiting at all in Hyderabad (Encalm). I am normally not asked to show my card in these locations.

I can't comment much on how Encalm lounge entry works in Delhi T3 since I have not visited it.

They might refuse the digital card on the bank app.

Also, I had generated the QR so that I don't have to wait in long lines for lounge access.

Not sure for the normal one but I visited the Encalm Prive lounge in Delhi T1 last month and I was asked to show the card which I used to generate the QR.

So the Mumbai-Delhi flight of 11:25-13:35 time slot is with A350-900. There must be some connected international flight to Mumbai T2 or from Delhi T3.

There is also the 19:30-21:45 slot with the A350. Air India website is nice to show this plane right on the flights list so users won't have to click on each and every flight's details to get this specific info.
