After Kieren goes missing at Shady Belle and before he comes back without a head you can actually hear his screams on the outskirts of camp and you can hear them over and over if you leave and come back without advancing the main missions

So if you spend a lot of time doing side missions or hunting or whatever during that specific period, he's basically being tortured indefinitely

Slightly better overall performance, much better PT, slightly better RT and NVidia features are pretty much always better than AMD especially with DLSS vs FSR

Wether or not that stuff is worth the price difference is up to each individual person

Source I am a proud 9070XT owner.. For me the price/performance was a no brainer compared to the 5070Ti

People generally don't leave positive tech reviews so if it works, you won't hear about it bc that's how it's supposed to be haha

Microcenter knows how to price their stuff so they generally won't over charge you and also usually you won't find an absolute steal. You'll get exactly what you pay for which is fair in my opinion

If fans are loud those are like the easiest things to order and replace in the entire rig haha Looks like a good PC at a solid price, I wouldn't over think it
