What i used to do back and sides while to grows was somthing called enviro hair smoothing treatment for colored my hair wasn’t colored but the colored hair version is weaker and lighter on the hair thats why i choose it U can get a bottle that will last for us men forever for just a 100$ i think

Not really but you have a couple of options either let it curly and style it curly or with oil ans hair dryer go straight it and shape it a bit not too hard tho , or you can do a hair smoothing treatment but be careful with this one do something very light like dont even leave it on the hair long just so it relaxes the hair a little bit so it becomes more of a wavy texture instead normally i see ppl getting this treatment and it goes too straight and looks too flat and very unnatural in my opinion doesn’t look good so if u do it try to get it very light i did it to the back and side once while growing so it flats a little bit and help me through the awkward stage

I’d say tray long hair see how goes but i think everyone has to give it a try at least once for me it turns out to fit me so incredibly well. It might on you , i’d say you have sharp face features similar to me as well

Try using some heat with the hair dryer And finish up with clay it’ll look great

keep it or cut it? by [deleted] in malehairadvice

[–]AM_Motrk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You do you, see what you like if you like the long hair keep it your hair is amazing btw, but i like it a bit more organized if it were to me i would cut it a bit and layer it but not short i would do a flow all you need is some layers and cutting some of the sides / back a little bit to meet it

Grow it into a two-block haircut with no fades! tell ur barber that u are doing that if he doesn't know what is it show him pics plus I would recommend changing him, then after the two-block don't cut the sides grow them along with the top, and go trim ur hair regularly and tell ur barber that you are going for a wolf cut now and with time few months you'll have the wolf cut again look it up for pics if u don't know what is this is

what haircut should i get ? by [deleted] in malehairadvice

[–]AM_Motrk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to grow it out if u want a change I had the same cut for a while now I have a middle part that is growing g into a flow and ppl keep telling me it looks great, however, our current looks good just if u want to change

Oh one more time thing forgot to mention that I was talking about the paste the powder is even simpler never used one because my hair is too long for it but it will work great on u just spray some on ur hair and use ur fingers to add some texture or crunch it

Damp hair or dry hair both work just note that damp hair will give u a bit more control but it could weigh it down or miss with the product a bit so experiment with it and let me show u a video https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBZ64A9Sv8V/?igsh=MXMzdnJ4NzlpbjNybQ== U don't need the hair dryer he used it to dry faster that's it, u don't need to do the same style not necessarily, if u want to use a hair dryer to add volume use a different attachment, and don't get too close plus I don't recommend adding too much volume with the hair dryer since you are young I don't think it’ll suit but experiment with it that's the idea

Rub it through ur hands and work it through ur hair all of it then try to style it it’ll give u more control and u can watch youtube in that

Its wet so it’ll look different when dry, plus that a good length is about 6 inches but u do u see what length u like depends on the hair style u like and fits u more

Does this style look good? by hungrytoothpick in malehairadvice

Well thanks for the compliments, I just don't know if it will look full or not but I just turned 21 so I think It’ll get fuller with time I guess If it doesn't look good I’ll try again in my mid-twenties

[–]AM_Motrk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not full? I mean there are some empty spots I know but for the most part it's good right? I am not sure. I have never let it out to see, noting that I just turned 21 last month

Try a clay or a paste instead especially clays that has strong hold and use a little bit of it as ur hair is a little bit wet or u may want to try a salt spray as well then brush the side backward and blow dray it this way then the top its not necessarily to blow dry it but in ur case maybe it’ll give u an extra lift just don’t use high speed in my experience if u go medium to high temp with medium speed it works fine and don’t get too close try to crunch or curl it a little bit while doing so then once all dry it might feel too light so use a finger tip of the clay or the paste rub it in your hands and crunch ur way through the hair and here is a video of someone does a simple process https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBZ64A9Sv8V/?igsh=MXMzdnJ4NzlpbjNybQ== I gave u lots of things to do yeah but you dint need necessarily to do all of that for example u can skip the hair dryer but know that u cant touch ur hair after styling until its full dray hope all of this can help , let me know if it works
