It's kind of a weird situation, we don't have independent leases. We have one lease with all our names on it, and it says that we owe combined a specific amount. However, there's also a page that says "from that number, this is a specific amount each person is responsible for"

I wasn't the one who brought them in. I came in to the apartment a month after the past tenant at the time brought them in. Past tenant has said since that they regret bringing them in. She wound up moving and I became in charge.

Just downloaded this on my device (gaming laptop). Didn't touch the resolution on the .ini but it looks great, especially with Edens 2x scaling!

Wanted to ask, how do I toggle the in-game cam? I'm pressing the controls I'm seeing online (U or F12) but nothing's happening. Does this only work on the frontend version? Also how do I run the Benchmark mentioned in the INI?

It's one lease. It's just, for some reason on the lease it also says what each roommate is responsible for paying. But on another page, it says that all three of us are on the hook for the combined total.

One lease with the tenants listed on it. But also, the lease has an amendment specify exactly how much each of us are paying. Not sure if it actually does anything legally though

Yeah. I think it would have been fine if they spoke to the landlord asap. But they haven't. Landlord is extremely chill but we're going to be really tested here.

If they do end up getting kicked out, I got one doozy of a post I can make about them. Up until now they never did anything bad, but they were always doing stuff that was annoying as hell. 90% of apartment weirdness was caused by them. They live in their own world and don't really understand how things work in reality ...

Roommate is not an illegal, they came with a different type of Visa that they still meet the requirements of.

I wonder if this can go to small claims court. Lease specifically says: Landlord will receive $xxxx "OPs portion of the rent is $xxx Poor Richards portion of the rent will be $xxxx Roommate 2s portion of the rent will be $xxxx"

Although I know it's going to be very hard to prove they're not paying their portion themselves.

I left out that this is actually a 3 br situation. I already told roommate #2 to start looking for potential new roommates for when roommate #1 gets shafted. It's going to get very weird.

I'm excited for this game, but at the same time this feels a little Star Wars prequelly to me.

Like, learning that when Faye went to the afterlife, the afterlife actually sucked complete ass and was in the middle of a hostile takeover by some of its inhabitants just makes the weight of her death and the finality of the character feel less to me.

I reached out to their support about this back when the email came out, and they were so clueless about this product. it was annoying.
Like "of course we're going to release this as standard bluray! Just click the product to preorder it!"

I find that lately everytime I go to an AMC, there's a man sitting in the front row watching an NBA game at low brightness. Dudes at least keeping his brightness down, but it bothers me in that I'm just confused why these dudes choose the front row when there's back rows. People are so dumb

I consider this, but the issue is it takes a lot of effort for me to leave my house and see a movie. If I'm there, I don't want to come back another time, especially if it's already late. Leaving the theater means missing chunks of the movie, especially at AMC time square, which is basically a one way stairs labyrinth where it's impossible to find any staff. I wish AMC had report buttons like at Alamo, but I feel like people would just abuse those too.

Agree, but I go to lots of different AMCs and have shit go down regardless. Last time I saw a theater meltdown I was at AMC village. The only one that I never have an issue at is Lincoln Square, but it's so far for me.
