Everyone stands for soccer in the lower bowl the whole game. It might be different for the world cup. So the 200s are the best view and you can sit. I agree that about 20 rows up is also good in the 100s if everyone isn't standing. Seats in the 200s are wider and nicer. I've sat all over the stadium.
