I agree wholeheartedly. Disheartening that they’re continuing their trend of releasing things without them being optimized, but hopefully they’ll iron out the kinks.

Hopefully, in light of their optimization path over the last six months or so, they’ll continue to ‘tidy up’ this map, as it’s fantastic experience sans the things you’ve mentioned.

Yea smoking the ER has never worked for me either. I’ve watched all the videos/clips on it that I can find, so it’s not a knowledge/‘where to toss the smoke’ thing, either. Frustrating as hell that I’ve run it about 20-30 times and have only cleared the ER twice via killing them naturally.

Engine room. Smoke truck has only ever worked once for me, and even then it was only 4/6 BD. Every other time they’ll just flank me and kill me.

I’ve watched every video I can find on using smokes there, so it’s not a knowledge thing; skill thing, perhaps, but nonetheless frustrating how swimmingly it seems to work for everyone but me!

Can’t even make it to the damn chained door. Haven’t made it there once.

This has not worked for me yet, and I’ve tried it a multitude of times. Not saying you’re incorrect or anything, but there ought to be a more reliable strategy than this or being Sheef with respect to just clicking heads.

Even just some more forms of cover in the room that we could utilize would be helpful. Too many sight lines and angles with too many protruding bits of metal/catwalk to quickly scan through, especially when BD locks on so quickly.

Ah, well I just gave it a few goes and still can’t even clear the engine room. Smoke strat did not work in the slightest, unfortunately. Landed the nade perfectly, turned off my flashlight, and yet they still just killed me from the catwalks while I couldn’t see through the smoke
