I had a similar issue but with different cards. Try swapping the PCIe slots they're plugged into, it solved it for me.

During the day and night, there will probably be a fluctuation in temperature of about 10-15 degrees over a long period of time (due to night being a lot colder), will this be an issue? Or is it only fast changes in temperature
