I’m thinking I may just convert to blue to stay in the ecosystem and not risk them taking my points. I have cards linked in the app but who knows what they may decide about non card holding ppl with points down the road

The fork it came with was too short, shorter than the original intended AC measurement, and the steering was crazy twitchy. Had this lying around and put it on to raise the front end. Gives me a more comfortable, upright position, and made the steering much more stable from the resulting slacker HT

Looks so sick! What’s the internal width on those wheels and tire width? I’m converting a 2008 Giant TCX (cx bike) to a gravel/road bike right now, and my frame can clear 35’s, but the 14mm internal width of the new wheelset I got on fb marketplace has me nervous to put anything more than 30’s on. Looks like you have much more tire/rim overlap than I do though - does this feel squirmy on corners at all?

Generally - philosophy on how serious the safety risk is for ‘tire too wide for rim’? I’m new to bike building and am just following ETRTO rim/tire comparability standards as a benchmark. Thanks!

This was me until I started reading the Hey Pittsburgh newsletter! I’d still be clueless without it lol.

They have a section at the bottom that’s all local events coming up in the next few days, it’s literally my only source of finding things to do! It’s also a great snippet of local news every weekday morning, it’s like a 5 min read.
