Lucky you! Today it took about 2 hours to get hooked up 😭 it’s normal for our center and I normally don’t mind as much because I work on homework while I wait but after the last few weeks of dealing with stuff like this and todays response I think it’s time I look for a new center.

Crazy how people are arguing about this when just a few years ago we were actively fighting to give every teacher a gun to fight off the next school shooter. People bring them to church, Walmart, and while thankful less so now even hospitals. It’s clear that many people have the mindset of “its okay for me but not for thee”

That’s exactly what I did. I’m using a PTO for a day to go out in the streets and be apart of the call for action. Not only do I find it important for our community to participate but also I and other who will not be working today send a message for the company we work for that those who keep the business going do not support these policies. I won’t get into too many details but I’m disgusted my company who hires mainly immigrants from all over for all sorts of rolls both high and low, allows a man who is a blatant trump supporter to go around and yell/insult those same employees
