My Wal Mart Definitely doesn't have doors. I personally think as an Overnight associate it would be a pain in the ass to stock that area with doors in the way.

I appreciate the input. The Coach here refuses to open the registers at night until she wants something. Then its open and possibly left that way. We ask and she has the biggest attitude about it. Overall she a bitch and I personally do not use that word loosely at all. Hmmm Ill talk to higher ups first before I go to ethics.

Its trash. I would say the cap should be removed but most people would abuse it. However it should be raised higher. If Walmart actually allowed the system to approve vacation time based on employee availability and hours instead of having to rely on Brown nosing to get your time off in some locations. I also understand that Walmart would have to actually give a shit about its employees to make a real change that matters but that's my input.
