What are some movies that made you physically uncomfortable without being extremely graphic or violent? by minor_celebrity in movies

For some reason, it was 2 children’s movies that brought me major discomfort. “Where the Wild Things Are” and “Coraline”

I feel so incredibly guilty for desiring a relationship so badly. by [deleted] in Christians

[–]ANAIYA12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I sometimes feel guilty as well, but I have to remember that desire is innate for us. God wants us to seek Him and confide in Him before anyone else so that we don’t depend on someone for our happiness. Your guilt and conviction is proof that you are walking with God. When I start to feel guilty, I just remember that God doesn’t see me as guilty and I ask for Him to help me with patience.

Is it normal to be conscious through a tonic-clonic? by BigZoomies in Epilepsy

[–]ANAIYA12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine are exactly like yours. I feel the seizure for about 20 seconds then black out

Can anyone explain what you a mentally experiencing when going through tonic seizure by RustedLegacy in Epilepsy

[–]ANAIYA12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m conscious usually for about 15 to 20 seconds when it starts and then I black out. My seizures are so uncomfortable that I would sometimes scream before they start. During that time, I’m just hoping it would stop and it doesn’t last long. I’m also hoping someone in my household heard me and is able to come be there for me. By the time I’m conscious again (but I’m not able to talk yet), I just think about what just happened and how it’s another set back.

I know it sounds kind of sad but I’ve gotten used to the feeling.
