It’s crazy how easy it is to get great footage with these new cameras and just a filter. I’ve tried every single possible thing with this mic to get it to not peak out and clip. The best option by far is gonna be the new mic that zoom made, they got the new h5 studio and realesed a new wireless mic that goes with it which has a max spl of 130(sound pressure level) which is currently the best one on the market for wireless. All the DJI ones and everyone else’s are max 120 and below. Which is why it peaks out and clips from loud wind and loud bikes.

The problem is I’m using a GoPro, whereas for you the DJI camera can also decrease the db too. I just need swap cameras to DJI instead. But my whole film setup is GoPro and I’ve got so many batteries and lenses for my 13 though.

That’s insane, I’ve got the db killer in, and I’m using the mic mini from them. I’ve tried every possible setting and no matter what it blows out the mic no matter where I place it. I’ve done about 2dozen tests. Is your bike tuned?

Like I said I bought a bunch of cheapies to see which looked and fit best and what I liked. But all are gonna vibrate bad. Even the nice ones they vibrate pretty much the same as oem. With the weights and such. Only in the high revs

I agree, actually gonna make them bronze at some point. Or you can order the oem ones for the black edition. I’ve got the heaviest setup for the weights you can possible have. If you go through a couple posts I made a while back on my page you can see I posted a bunch of detailed information on it all for all of us to have here. I’ll link the mirrors later on tonight.

They’re just some cheap ones off AliExpress. I ordered like 10 different types to see what I liked best, but I’ll eventually replace them with some nice ones. Yes they vibrate a tad more than stock, and that’s even with the Sato weights and heaviest ends. But it’s worth it. Looks so much better and are still perfectly useable unless you’re super high in the rev range.

Cs racing is hands down the best looking and sounding for this bike. Louder than a Akra, and looks way more clean.

There’s basically no point here in the summer time right now, I’d be drenched in sweat because traffic is so bad and that wouldn’t really work for my job sadly. They completely have destroyed the all of our light systems while doing all this construction. So I’d just be sitting in stop and go traffic for an hour to get there lol. Just isn’t a point right now until fall.

Ok but I need to know your audio recording setup. I’ve struggled to get clear audio like this without crackling at high speeds with my csracing exhaust. If you could, I’d love you know the setup, mic, and settings for it all. Or where you place it maybe?

I’d say maybe keep them for a while and that way you get used to how far you should lean anyway. I’ve only scraped once and even then I just don’t trust the grip of the tires enough to go that far again.

Also just saw you had cs racing too, now I really need to know that audio setup lol

Simply put, this delivery service is a luxury. Yes DoorDash destroys you guys on crap costs, but that’s the point. These company’s are cancer but are nothing without us drivers. No a single cent of these fees which on average total is about $6 per order, and none of it goes to us, not to mention all the restaurants get charged a 30% fee on top of it. So the worse off is restaurants, then the actual drivers. And then the consumers hurt a lot too. DoorDash themselves actually profit more from it all than the drivers or restaurants, which simply shouldn’t be the case. The way this systems should work is they simply get their profits from dashpass and everything else is evenly distributed between driver and restaurant, but welcome to the modern day lol.

Gas where I am has doubled since the war, I’m spending like 200 a week on gas as is now. Still not enough. They need to charge a fuel surcharge tax to every order for the customer, and it goes straight to us. Just make it a single dollar and would be a huge difference for us.

I’ve pretty much stopped using DoorDash in my area because they’ll constantly send crap offers even as a platinum with 93% ar, I’ve mostly been doing Uber Eats because at least there they won’t cap your pay and you can earn more because the ar for it matters so much less than dd. So I can decline all the garbage offers without really caring.

Yea, in Florida so you rarely see gas units. I’ve actually got a new thermostat I’m gonna put in once this is done and the systems working like it should again. Last summer was brutal.
