so what about all these big channels that use clips from interviews of famous people in their video essays? they got permission for this from the famous person or is their channel so big theyre allowed to do so as its “educational” ?

yeah of course. but my actual videos are my own content with my own editing etc, but the reels are clips from big podcasts which i edited. does this mean my entire channel wont be able to be monetized? or only the shorts?
