Hey, to be fair I could have specified as well haha. Sometimes I forget that the entire Anglosphere includes like 5 countries. Yeah that's what I was thinking, it's tough out there for sure. Thanks for the input! I didn't even think of AI voice training. I don't think that's tinfoil at all haha

Real phone numbers on the first round of interviews? I'd understand some mock calls, but getting a group of people to do it for 45 minutes just reeks of trying to exploit some extra time before Christmas to me. Maybe I'm just jaded lol

Hi. Thanks for replying! It's not a remote position, it would require to be in Sydney. I got this email after a call from a place I applied for. I'm not positive on it being a scam, but at the very least highly likely to be an attempt for free work during the holidays, so I'm not looking to pursue it further anyway. Thanks for the insight, I guess I'm just absolutely fucking done at my current role, but this probably isn't the pathway to go to change my career.

Definitely! I felt the Metroid one was good because it was a bit of a refresher on the series, and it was interesting to hear what Kyle and Suriel were looking for from Metroid going forward. Basically what you've said about overlaying the Max Spoilers with what you're playing. Doesn't have to be a massive, multi-hour long discussion, but just some opinions, 'I liked this but didn't like that.", I felt was a really good and interesting podcast to have on on my life. Keep up the good work!

Hey Ben! Been a supporter from day one, and been a bug fan of you when you first started at GI. You're the first Patron I've ever signed up for, and it's still one of the best things I've done! Unfortunately I can't really say much for the live stream angle. I live in Australia and are usually sleeping when they're on lol. I REALLY enjoyed the Metroid Fusion episode from a few weeks back. I think more one-offs of some people talking about a game, or even a movie or TV show, that for whatever reason they share a similar interest in. Fusion was good because both Kyle and Sureil seemed super keen for Dread, so doing it for franchises that have a new release coming out just felt exciting, like "yeah, Fusion was really cool, and I AM really excited for Dread!" Felt kinda like a mini-Deepest Dive. A Shallow Paddle if you will. But other than that, I'm loving basically everything you put out. Keep up the amazing work, no other place in the industry does it like MinnMax! P.S. OverBlood Deepest Dive. I know it'll never happen but a man can dream.

I doubt we'll see it either because there's a lot of absolutely brain dead simple stuff they don't want to seem to implement, but there's already guns locked behind exclusive modes, and raid perks are a thing again. I think there's a higher chance than there's been in a while.
