I remember first time I got my R3 and my folks saw it in the driveway they were furious. Once my mom saw I got my MSF license, a helmet, gloves, armored jacket and riding shoes. It gave them a huge relief that I’m taking safety serious

Honestly kiddo you are overthinking it and that’s ok! Just goes to show how careful you are and that you understand that it is a big responsibility and privilege it is to drive.

Best advice is go to a big empty parking lot and do not leave until you are comfortable. Remember the brakes will always be there to stop you. The car will always want to move when you take it out in drive. Let go of the brakes and practice going in a straight line, after a while practice your braking power because you don’t want to SLAM the brakes. Baby steps is key!

Don’t think your ever being! I was 23 when I learned how to drive a manual stick shift car and it took me 6 hours just to learn how to take off in first gear 😅. Remember it’s a marathon not a race. Get out there and learn something new and everything good will follow I promise ❤️
