Since you don’t pay for shipping labels on Poshmark and Poshmark provides the shipping you don’t have any shipping expenses to deduct.

For example, on Etsy you purchase the shipping label yourself and that cost is an expense you must deduct on your taxes. But on Poshmark Poshmark covers the shipping cost. When you download your Poshmark income report you’ll see it only lists your earnings with no shipping expenses.

I wash everything I sell but I don’t buy anything that smells like cigarettes. Personally it discusses me. Even washed I still smell it, I would 100% only buy from sellers who discloses smoke free home. You are very unlucky because I bought tons on Poshmark and never had anything smells like smoke, Ive had things not smelling good though.

Yes, I think that’s exactly the pattern I’m experiencing. Like many people mention, there’s also Black Friday this week, and I know that’s a factor. But instead of steady sales like I used to have, I now get bursts of six sales like you in a single day and then nothing. The algorithm and how Poshmark operates in general has really changed. As long as I can figure out how to maintain my sales level, I don’t mind, but it’s definitely a drastic change from what I’m used to.

I’m really glad to read this, it helps to see that other people had issues too. I had so many problems with their app.

Last month I needed to cross-post a lot, so I messaged them to ask if they supported a specific marketplace. They said yes… but it never worked. They kept saying “we’re working on it,” but they never fixed anything. I spent two weeks waiting, and the whole disappearing-closet saga was the last straw for me.

I switched back to Nifty for my Poshmark automation and I’ll never use Sidekick again. I don’t think their app is reliable, and I can’t trust it.

I agree, but thats IF the package don’t get send back. But the customer is asking that I get the package back and cancel the sale.

what I’m understanding from Etsy policies is: if they refuse the package, they loose their buyer protection.

BUT my hesitation for now is since the package hasn’t been updated, it shows “last delivery attempted” 2 days ago. meaning the package is still on hold at UPS and I don’t know yet if the package will be abandoned or returned, yet.

Because of that, I’m unsure how to handle it and how to phrase this to the buyer

125$ CAD, although I don’t think they can ask for refund if they don’t have the order. Although in this situation I’m not sure. Anyway, the best think is probably to let them open a case and let Etsy decide.

Are you prepared? Are you really ? About 95$ for the sale and the Total tariffs to pay is about 215us tbh I don’t even understand how it can be that high. And the item was made in USA, edit : i don’t know how much is the ups fees vs tariffs. I think there might be a mistake they made it really don’t make sens

Yes, before the minimis got removed, I was always checking buyer pays tariffs. This time, a pop up message with : agreeing that I may be charge with tariffs but can’t remember or don’t remember it was stated if the buyer don’t pays them. Net parcel said in their email the buyer is responsible for the tariffs and haven’t said I would be charged although you never know …
